I'm just a girl from Nebraska who grew up with a strong sense of self and a desire to leave the world a little better than I found it.

Over two decades ago, I fell into Recruiting and Organizational Strategy. It's allowed me to grow my understanding of what people want and need to feel fulfilled and valued in the workplace.

Today, I focus my energy on empowering companies and people to maximize their potential. This means putting to rest patterns that no longer serve us in the post-pandemic world and creating new stories and infrastructure that build equity and interdependence in the workforce.

I work with CEOs and executives to connect with themselves and their teams, amplifying the innate strengths of the collective to speed results. I'm straightforward, offering candid, insightful, and unbiased guidance to executives seeking to optimize human performance.​​

I write and speak about kindness in business. I find it's a bit elusive these days, and I'm passionate about connecting leaders of all types to their authentic selves, identifying and living the aspects of kindness that most resonate within: bravery, clarity, compassion, vulnerability, accountability, transparency, trust, honesty, and empathy.
